Thanks for sharing the image. The message you're seeing is a Battery Counterfeit Check Error, which means your HP laptop has detected a non-HP or incompatible battery. This can happen even if the battery looks genuine, and HP takes this seriously due to potential health and safety risks.

What You Can Do:

1. Check Battery Authenticity


2. Run HP Battery Diagnostics


3. Reinstall Battery Drivers

  • Open Device Manager > Batteries.
  • Right-click Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery → Uninstall.
  • Restart your laptop Windows will reinstall the driver.
