Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried everything, everybody and even HP, I'm a 100%+ some disabled Veteran, please, I know what I'm asking, I want to, as SOON as possible, for an old Vietnam Medic, step by step, pictures if, a backup, 2tb thumb drive, help too, a E mail that I can print out, GREAT?  I can only repeat, I have tried all on the internet, HP Tech's.  I can't get back to the VERY BEGINNING, I know it can be done, I have before, my memory, well, PTSD, please, someone, somehow, somewhere, I will be EXTREMELY. GREATFUL!!!!!!  I want to do a Factory Reset, Out of the Box, Square One, THE VERY BEGINNING!!!!!  I don't mean to say it wrong, but I really want to to  get a TOTALLY FRESH BEGINNING, I will look for an actual and accurate, resolution, I hope it's 'ok, I'll include my contact information?  Tim Hinze Sr, or 4025906427
