Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2K3D8AV)

Hello , recently I bought a new laptop with preinstalled  MCAfee Antiviru with the validity of 30 days and it's going to expire today and when I look for a purchase of subscription the prices are little bit expensive when compared to other antiviruses like Bitfinder, so I am in a small confusion to go for Bitfinder or stay with the MCAfee, Can anyone please give me suggestion on this.

Hi:

 

Windows has its own antivirus/antispyware program. 

 

That's all I use on all of my PC's and never had an issue with either viruses or malware.

 

Uninstall McAfee and turn on the Windows antivirus program which is probably turned off.

 

You may want to use the McAfee uninstall tool to uninstall the software.

How to turn on Windows Security:

 

Turn Windows Security on or off (microsoft.com)
