HP EliteBook 845 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (544M1AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The device manager shows the device as ACP BT node.  Missing driver and the driver doesn't exist on the laptop and I couldn't find the driver on the internet.

Disable it and uninstall it seems not affect anything. However, after uninstallation, it always come back after each reboot.

The Hardware Ids is ACP\DEVTYPE_0004&DEVREV_0000&VEN_1022&DEV_15E2.

Does anyone have opinion on what that is? and how to do fix it?

Thanks.

Hi:

I have zipped up and attached below, the driver you should need for that device.

You will need to manually install the driver as follows...

Download and unzip the file I attached to its folder.  Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to the device manager.  Click on the ACP\DEVTYPE_0004 device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the unzipped driver folder.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for that ID.

%ManufacturerName%=AMD,NTAMD64

[AMD.NTAMD64]
%AMDAcpBtDeviceDescription%=AMDAcpBtInstall, ACP\DEVTYPE_0004&DEVREV_0000&VEN_1022&DEV_15E2
