HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 17 - cd0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there, recently this started in December and it's keep continuing to freeze and crash my laptop, when drivers, updates are fully downloaded etc. I always have to restart my laptop because it is frozen I don't know what to do when I am playing on a game or something it crashed every 5 hours or so. How can I fix this?

Two of your comments are important -- first, it takes several hours for the PC to crash, second, you are Gaming at the time.

My guess, based on this, is that the processor is encountering a thermal issue (i.e., overheating) and shutting down the PC.

You should look online for an app known as CoreTemp that allows you to monitor the temperature of the processor and its cores.  Install that and see what the temps are when first started and idle.  Then, run the PC for a few hours, start Gaming, pause the Gaming, and check the temps again.  If they have gone up a lot, that is the issue.
