Product: HP Pavillon Plus Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After restarting my hp pavilion laptop (not like a factory reset) many apps will not open now. I cannot open the tab to look at the battery percentage and notifications and when I try to open the start menu it does not open. A select few apps do open for some reason whilst others don't. I have tried to restart the laptop again a few times and nothing has changed. I am not sure if it is just loading everything extremely slowly or broken, but It is a very new laptop so it shouldn't be damaged, would be thankful for advice on what I should do.
