HP Notebook - 15-ay010ne (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Community,

My system [HP Notebook - 15-ay010ne (ENERGY STAR) - X3M81EA] supports English/Arabic languages keyboard layouts. On having some issues with keyboard and touch pad [multiple key presses, non-responsiveness, key combinations not working etc.] I did a factory reset through Cloud recovery by creating an USB Media. Everything looked great until, through Windows update, drivers and OS were got updated and in the process it did a re-installation of Windows which removed the Arabic language support [Windows.old folder contains files related to the Arabic language]. And my Keyboard and pointing device started malfunctioning.

I request your help in getting the issues resolved,

Q1. How can I update Windows without losing the Arabic language support after a Factory reset?

Q2. Can I download specific updates from Windows and update manually?  If yes which ones i have to use?

Thanks and Regards,

Rakesh.
