Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Problem with playing videos and web animation in browsers green screen and glitch. If I turn off hard ware acceleration, It works  fine.

Also problem with windows of installed programs such as Blender and Photoshop, opened window lags in size and jumps. 

Both of this problems are recent and I had never seen them before.

(I have two videocards: Intel(R) UHD Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 with Max-Q Design.)
