Dear HP Support Team,

I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with my HP Spectre Model 13t-ap000 laptop. While I was working, the laptop suddenly shut down. Despite being plugged into the adaptor, the laptop showed a glowing white light beside the USBC port. When attempting to power it on using the designated keys, the laptop did not respond. Upon pressing the power button, the power indicator blinked for 2 seconds, but the laptop remained unresponsive.

I have already attempted troubleshooting by unplugging all devices and adaptors, holding down the power button for 15 seconds, yet the issue persists. I have several questions:

  1. Does this behavior indicate a depleted battery that requires replacement?
  2. Can the battery be replaced by the user?
  3. What is the cost of a replacement battery?
  4. Could you provide the specific model details for the battery replacement?
  5. What is the associated labor cost for replacing the battery?

Your prompt assistance in addressing these concerns would be greatly appreciated.
