Dear sir, madam

At startup of the laptop we get the following error message:
😞  "There is a problem with the computer and it needs to be rebooted. Error data is being collected. After this, the computer is rebooted. (running from 0 to 100 but system shuts down afterwards).
If you want to know more, you can later search online for this error: 0xc000007b".

This message is constantly repeating itself, after the message the Laptop shuts down automatically and continue with starting up again and repeating the above message. I hope you have a solution for rebooting the laptop.

Best regards

A such message is usually caused by an app - and probably one that start automatically with Windows. You might try a system restore or if you though can acces Windows then maybe you can uninstall that app?
