The windows was pre installed with the laptop. I have installed a recent update and then it went into infinite loop saying 'attempting to recover installation' and 'Undoing changes made to your computer "
I tried to get into recovery environment but couldn't.
I tried using recovery drive but it is not taking to boot system.
I also want to get my windows product key so that I can reinstall Windows And I also don't know the language it was having.

IF you create HP Recovery Media, it will read the product key and you will not need to enter it.
If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
