ENGLISH: hi everyone, practically yesterday I lent the computer to my cousin with her account and today the computer returned to me but windows says that it is not activated in fact I go to check and it appears "Windows 11 Enterprise" and not "Windows 11 Home" as instead it must be, when I try to put the hp product key of win 11 home it tells me that it is no longer valid. anyone know how to help? or should i contact hp directly?

ITALIANO: salve a tutti, praticamente ieri ho prestato il computer a mia cugina con il proprio account e oggi mi ha ritornato il computer però windows dice che non è attivato infatti vado a controllare e appare "Windows 11 Enterprise" e non "Windows 11 Home" come invece deve essere, quando provo a mettere la product key di hp di win 11 home mi dice che non è valida. qualcuno sa come aiutare? o dovrei contattare hp direttamente?

Hi:

 

You will have to reinstall W11 Home.

 

See if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media.

 

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10) | HP® Customer Support

 

If your notebook is not supported, you will have to clean install W11 Home by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

 

After W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
