"I bought my computer less than a year ago, but last summer, it stopped running programs like AutoCAD and Lumion. For AutoCAD, I managed to open files, but only in a pixelated form, by switching the graphics card to Intel. I sent it for warranty service, and they noted that the drivers were installed. However, I still can't run AutoCAD in high performance. While I could run it in high performance even on my old computer, why do I keep having this problem with this one?"
