Welcome to HP Support Community, @ThommyPR

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

May I kindly know the details:

  • Which device/model is this happening on? (Laptop, desktop, or All-in-One)
  • Did the issue start after any recent change?
(Windows update, restore, image recovery, power cut, hardware upgrade, etc.)
  • Does the system reboot repeatedly, freeze, or show blue/black screen before this?
  • Can you access Advanced Options screen?
(Does it allow Startup Repair, Command Prompt, System Restore, etc.)
  • Any error code or message displayed on the screen?

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

I am an HP Employee. Although I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
