I got stuck in an automatic repair loop last night, I've tried all of the advanced repair options but they're not solving the issue and I'm not being given the option to reset my PC in the troubleshoot menu. I ran some system tests in the startup menu and everything passed except for the Hard Drive/SSD SMART Check which came up with software error, is there any way I can get back into my laptop?

I'm thinking that you need to install a new NVMe SSD and reinstall the operating system, but before you do that, try the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with the PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter the notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
The PC's product number is: 6QC77EA#ABU
If that doesn't work, try using the Media creation tool to create a plain W10 USB installation flash drive from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
If neither option works, below is the link to the service manual where you can find the M.2 NVMe SSD removal and replacement procedure.

If you want to install a larger capacity NVMe SSD, that would be fine too.
This would be a very good replacement drive.
