HP Stream - 14-cb011wm

Hi!

I have a HP Stream - 14-cb011wm that is stuck on a blue screen that says Automatic Repair

Automatic repair couldnt repair your PC

Press 'advanced options' to try other options to repair your PC or "shut down" to turn off your PC.

Log file:  C:windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

When I press 'Continue" ; exit and continue to windows 10, it brings me back to the same blue screen error of death.

Uner BIOS Management System Information, it says my operating system is 18WW1BOX60 yadda yadda yadda. What does that mean?

When I press System Image Recovery, it says Windows cannot find a system image on this computer. Attach the backup hard disk or insert the final DVD from a back up set and click retry. Alternatively, close this dialog for more options.

I am unable to reset PC regardless of whether or not I choose to keep or delete my personal files.

Unable to go back to the previous version. It says " We ran into a problem and wont be able to take you back to the previous version of Windows. Try resetting your PC instead. Once again, that does not work.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi:

Perhaps at this point you may want to see if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool that you can use on another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that is supposed to reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
