Hello @Rac61 .

If you think that the update damaged the operating system, then when you turn on the computer press the F11 key so that it starts the recovery and you can restore Windows.

Nothing happened

Yeah PC did not start correctly press restart restart your PC but you can sometimes fix the problem you can also press advance options to try other options to repair yes PC no matter what you do it comes up to this page

If nothing happens it is probably because you do not have the recovery partition or the partition has been damaged.
In this case you will have to perform a clean installation of Windows since your system has probably been damaged and in the worst case it is possible that the storage unit has suffered some kind of damage and that may be why you cannot start Windows.
