Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to install fresh windows in my ssd so i do that with pendrive and that time i may be deleted my c: drive and now i am not able to boot up my laptop. I tried system restore but there is no restore pointe and reset also not worked maybe bootup file is deleted , please help how to fix this issue

The Windows file system could be corrupt or there is a hard disk error.
