I have been having problems recently with my HP spectre X360 convertible. it was accidentally turned on and running for three days which made the pc very hot (which was normal since this laptop doesn’t have a very good ventilation system). I thought nothing of it and the next day I decided to play rainbow 6 siege. I booted it up and I started playing when in the middle of a game it randomly crashed, it gave me a blue screen and I just assumed that it overheated, but that was not the case. It then tried to boot up but failed giving me a blue screen saying the automatic repair failed. I tried to fix it by clicking every single option, but nothing worked, not even fully resetting it. I am thinking it is a hardware problem and my hard drive is fried or something else. This laptop is still under warranty and I’m wondering if I should call in for repairs or replace the laptop completely. If you have any suggestions to help me with this problem please comment under this post. Any help is appreciated,
thank you.
