Hi, during a driver’s update my computer blocked, i waited enought time but then i tried to restart the computer. Now it say that the computer doesn’t restart correctly and when i try to restart from a restore point it ask me a password of an hp account that i diden’t have. How can i do?

Sorry, but your post is confusing ...

 

Your thread heading indicates you are in an Automatic Repair loop -- but when that happens, you can't get to the desktop to run anything.

 

But your comments say that you are trying to do a System Restore -- which you do from a desktop.
