HP Recommended

SO! i turn on my laptop and it says "preparing automatic repair" i let it wait for an hour, nothing and i search online. i do as i read and hold down power, and turn it back on pressing ESC-nothing helpful, i do that again but with F11, where it says something in the bottom corner and goes into a "please wait" underneath the HP logo on the BLACK screen. i wait, i even let it sit overnight and nothing worked, ive tried unplugging first and that didnt work either, PLEASE WHAT DO I DO
