I tried to reset my laptop. But sudden it shut down due to power cut. Then I keep saying diagnosing your pc. Automatic repair couldn't work. I tried every options but it ends in that same diagnosing your pc loop. I tried password but its says incorrect and I tried safe mode and safe mode networking but that didn't work. Shows the same error message. Pls help me to solve this

Hi:
First, run the hard drive diagnostics test (F2) to make sure the drive didn't get wrecked as a result of the power failure.
If the drive passes the tests, then the only suggestion I can offer would be this:
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, so you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
Your PC's product number is: 167W1PA#ACJ
