A HP Elitebook 840 G6 just keeps automatically trying to turn on and off.
It just keeps starting to turn on, the f11, f8 and f5 lights come on first, then the power button light and the keyboard lights flash on and off leaving only the caps lock button lit. This turns off after about a second, immediately after which the laptop tries again and I can't stop it. This is all within the space of about 15 seconds whilst the fan blares each time it's trying to start. I can't remove the battery as it's sealed in the back. The screen doesn't turn on which I think is because it doesn't stay on for long enough. I've tried unplugging it and draining it of power, but it keeps doing it even with the screen shut until it runs out. When I plug it back in it immediately starts again without me touching the power button. I can't seem to do the power reset either by holding it down since it doesn't stay on or off long enough for me to do so.
Thank you
