Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
When I start my laptop, for the past year it at one point started logging me into a temporary account and I have been having to go to windows users to find the files that should be showing but they are hidden. Anything I save is automatically deleted when I sign out or restart so it becomes frustrating. Is there anyway to restore my user account to where my files and account not on a temporary account?

Did you use Microsoft account to logon to your machine before ?  Please use the following way.

No I just had a password to login. I also noticed I can't go to Bluetooth settings or anything system wise. When I try to open the tabs it just closes. I tried restarting and it shows my profile name and when it starts to desktop, my shortcuts and certain taskbar apps are missing. I can locate them through C:\Users\Owner\Documents but they don't show up on the temporary document folder.

Each time I have logged in it makes a new temporary profile. I tried deleting the temp users and restarting but it makes a new one each time.
