Example: Pavilion dv6
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Dear Team,

please got a system for repair but the system was tampered by the customer by upgrading the bios version to the wrong and higher version.

Please is it possible for me to downgrade the BIOS from F.15 to the genuine BIOS F.1CA ?

NB: The system is  hp pavilion dv6.  serial no: [edited],    Model no: WA779UA

It would not be possible to actually install an unsupported BIOS. The system is designed to prevent that. And installing F.1CA would not necessarily be a downgrade so you should be able to just install it. What is preventing you from doing so?
