I have my HP Pavilion G4 notebook with BIOS legacy. I try to install UEFI in it, so I have created partition HP_TOOLS using HP uefi support environment software SP62405.exe. Now what to do next?

You don't "install" UEFI in the motherboard; instead, you go into the BIOS settings and change the mode from Legacy to UEFI -- if UEFI is supported.  If it is not, then you can not make that change because that is programmed into the firmware of the BIOS chip of the motherboard.
