Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

yesterday I was trying to update my laptop  bios but after updating it 

it won't work I tried to press the windows button with b but it didn't work 

I tried to press only the b button, but it still won't work with the power button 

so what should I do 

my laptop is hp notebook bs004ny
