I forgot my administrative password and have tried a number o times to retrieve it. I have removed the battey also but it does on work. how can I get back to the system.

When asked for the password, just hit enters 3 times.

 

Post any code you receive.

Thanks for takling up the issue, I entered the password three times and it generated the following:

 

System Disabled

[i 16361490]

 

What next???

I am unable to enter the given number as when the system disabled message appears then nothing works and I have to restart going back to putting in the administrative password options thrice and then comming up with the same message system disabled with a code below.IMG_20180218_205224112.jpg

Thanks a lot the code you gave me finally got accepted and I was able to enter the Bios and disable the password, but now a new problem has cropped up. My keyboard and mouse do not work in windows. it worked in the Bios but wont work in windows, so what should be done. Please help!! Should I reinstall windows but I dont have the recovery windows file in the settings.
