Product: HP ENVY x360 - m6-aq105dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Support Assistant says there's a BIOS update available. When I try to continue there's nothing to click on. There is a message that says "You must sign into this device to install updates." but I am signed in. My name shows in the upper left. Despite that I signed out and back in. No change. How do I proceed?
