Product: Pavilion 15-cw0085nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to create a BIOS recovery drive, but when I download the file on to the drive I never see the  HP BIOS Update and Recovery window. Right now, I see BIOS_Update.exe in my drive but have been unable to progress past this. Yes, I have tried different thumb drives to see if that was the issue. I've seen other people ask about this, but never get an answer unfortunately so I'm not quite sure what to do.

May I know why are you creating the BIOS Recovery Drive? are you facing any issues with your Notebook?
