Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi Community. Need help/Advise. Received a notification for a BIOS Update(AMD Processor) Soft Paq # SP112204, Version F.34. Ive tried installing update twice and both times it failed. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Hello, you may have a BitLocker encrypted disc. That could be a problem. You should first turn off BitLocker or any other disk encryption system if you are using one.

 

Another issue could be the antivirus program you are using. As I was updating my bios, it also failed when my live protection was turned on. Try deactivating it during the update if you are using one.
