HP Notebook - 15-da0077tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have HP-15-da0077tx.

This laptop had the TPM and hence I was able to install win11, then my CMOS battery needed replacement and I neglected and it got my bios corrupted. Now my BIOS is all messed up. then when I replaced my CMOS battery at the shop he installed win 10 I asked why then he said your laptop don't have TPM so cannot install win11. And i tried to check BIOS and all but no luck, the option to enable TPM was gone. Also the HP service center guys don't know what to do. In my BIOS serial number, feature byte everything is just set to 123455 ABCD.

Please help.

I don't know how to set this up properly.

And how to get my TPM back.

Hello @Govindptl

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...

To help you I just need to know the product number (p/n) xxxxxx#xxx of your notebook !

It looks something like this:

You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters. Use a magnifying glass or the camera zoom feature on your smartphone to read it better.

Kind regards
