Product: HP Notebook - 17-bs061st

Got a BIOS error on power up. Followed the instructions on HP Support web page on another computer. Created a BIOS flash drive for my computer (Laptop). the program said that the BIOS update completed correctly. Computer now shows Boot device not found,Please install an OS on your Hard drive.Hard Disk (3F0).

Followed the instructions on HP Support You Tube channel for (3F0) issue.

Still get the same message

Tested the hard drive using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI Ver 1.24.0.0

Do not know how to update the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI  on a dead PC.
