HP Recommended

I bought old pavilion x360 model 14-cd1003xx and cannot update BIOS, version current is F.22, this version is very poor and does not allow me to update 

Tried many ways but cannot

Please help

What is the error message ? It has F25 & F32 on the following list. F25 could be better that why it came again after F32.
