Product: Hp pavilion 11 x360 PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

How pavilion 11 x360PC, 3CE4141CLL , I formatted my laptop and it restart with window 7 ultimate and since then, I have upgraded it's driver's up to date but the USB ports ain't working it's only charge also the camera and touchscreen ain't working also I need a solution to this.

Hi:

 

Since the camera is USB powered, perhaps after you install the USB driver, the webcam will work too.

 

This package provides the Intel USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems.

The driver enables USB 3.0 devices.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with the touch screen not working.

 

Did you install the W7 graphics driver for the Intel HD graphics?

 

If you have a Standard VGA adapter showing up in the device manager under the Display adapters section, then the graphics driver is missing.
