Product: HP Envy TouchSmart 17 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My system crashed after trying an update to the BIOS to fix my laptop only charging in sleep mode. The power and Windows + B and Windows + V key have failed and I need the BIOS recover file, but all the links to the articles and support appear to be down or no longer avaialable. Is there anywhere else I can find this file so I can load it to a USB and do a recovery?

Where did you get the BIOS update you tried to apply? The BIOS update file usually offers the option to also make a recovery usb. Your Support page should have all BIOS and other updates but without a full model or product I can't locate it.
