I have a HP Elitebook Mobile Thin Client that had its BIOS upgraded to the incorrect BIOS. The user did not select the correct OS when downloading the updated BIOS file. Is the a solution to roll back to the original BIOS or upgrade to the correct BIOS for the OS that is running on the machine.
Thanks in advance

Hi:
It looks like you can roll the BIOS back from the latest version to a previous one.
HP mt44 Mobile Thin Client Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support
I don't see anything under the release notes for BIOS v.01.12.00 that indicates that it cannot be rolled back to a previous version.
The list of previous versions can be found when you click on the latest BIOS update on the above support page.

The bios is at version 1.16 which is the current version for Windows 10 not for the current OS of Windows 10 Ent 2016 LTSB.
I will try and roll back to the latest version or Win 10 ent 2016 LTSB and let you know the results.
Thank you,
