Product: HP Pavilion — 15-bc408ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) 
After the HP Pavilion laptop - 15-bc408ur could not finish the BIOS update, I tried to restore it, but nothing has changed. What should I do? Is this a warranty case?

Are you able to boot the computer to normal (Desktop) ?

 

You should check the official HP article for such issues and follow the steps there >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833

 

Make sure you have exhausted all the steps.  Let me know how it goes
