Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The latest BIOS update file downloaded from HP cannot open. I couldn't update my BIOS to the latest version as the BIOS file cannot open. It opened, but nothing happens. The BIOS update did not continue. My OS is Windows 11, the only OS available to select on HP website is Windows 10. Regardless, the BIOS update file seems not compatible with Windows 11. My BIOS version is F.85 The latest version is F.87

Can someone let HP know that the BIOS update file is not compatbile with Windows 11?
