Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I selected a BIOS update in HP Support Assistant and it has been stuck on this screen for a solid day. Screen is completely unresponsive, but I have not unplugged from power or pressed the power button
