I'm sorry but i messed up with recovery process here is the correct way

Do hard reset and plug in USB and power supply.
Press and hold windows button + B + power button.
Release power button after 3 seconds but do not release windows button + B unless you don't see anything on the screen or hear the 8 beeps.
(This may take up to 1-2 minutes to start the process so don't panic)

I said remove your battery.
It is useless to hard reset without removing the battery.

I followed this video from the start. I think i'll have to go the store where i bought it from. I still have 6 months warranty. Thanks for the help
