Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I started to update BIOS from HP Service web and my screen went black with a small message in the middle - Programming PEI region. It's been like that for a while. Don't know what to do. Please help!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is stuck on the BIOS update screen.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Did you try rebooting the computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
