Hi,

I am having bluetooth connection issues on my hp laptop. Blutooth on/off button is missing and bluetooth option is also not available in Device manager. I have contacted microsoft to fix the issue. They check my device and inform me to contact the manufacturer. They told me to Let HP know that my bluetooth driver is missing and i have been requested to contact you to upgrade my BIOS and bluetooth driver.
