Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently replaced my battery myself and when I turned my computer on it went to the regular blue screen for me to enter my password then it went black. I turned it off and when I turned it back on its now telling me the BIOS recovery files cannot be found. I've downloaded a new BIOS file into a USB drive and inserted and it just says the same thing that the BIOS recovery files cannot be found or the files are corrupted.
