Hello. I recently updated the bios to version F.55. When I updated the BIOS, the d3d usage and video memory usage sensors disappeared from the video card, friezes appeared in games and they began to crash (crash with reboot of the computer). I would like to roll back the bios, but the older versions just won't install. I already tried to restore the previous version with WIN + B and also with a flash drive, but all this does not help. When you try to install an older version of the BIOS from a flash drive, the caps lock starts flashing and the bios is not flashed. Help me please
