Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently bought my laptop and ran into the same problem. I wanted to allocate more RAM to the built-in Vega, but I couldn't because of the new BIOS version that doesn't have the Advanced tab. Right now I have F25 version, but I want to install F12 version. I found the BIOS itself on the site, but can I install it myself and how to do it?

I took the bios exe file, installed it, opened the SWSetup folder, then into the sp folder in the exe file that I knew, I launched it, but nothing happened, only the number of cursors spun and that's it. I tried to run the program with administrator rights, but there were no changes. Restarting the laptop didn't help either.
