Product: Spectre 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I start my laptop, I keep getting a page asking to fill in with the bitlocker number. So I copied the number and the next I had this screen, I inserted the number. It states that the last 4 digits is wrong. But the number I inserted is correct. Where can I get the correct number from HP?

As far as I know, you can't -- because HP keeps no records of this kind of information.
