Hi,
Its been a month that i purchased Hp pavilion dv0054TU(9WF41AV) for development works. I am frequently getting blue screen error 'CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT'. Couldn'tf find any way to solve this, tried updating drivers and windows patch updates but no luck, after few minutes immediately screen gets struck and goes to blue screen.
What went wring with my laptop, Please share me way to fix this error.!

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

The CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT is a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error, that generally occurs when there is an issue with the processor, due to which the processor can’t function correctly. Besides, there could be other reasons, such as:
- Faulty RAM
- Corrupt or outdated device drivers
- Missing or corrupt system files
- Malicious third-party app/software
- Outdated firmware or BIOS settings
- Hardware failure
- Missing updates
To fix the Clock Watchdog Timeout error you can try the below methods:
- Run Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool
- Update BIOS settings
- Reset BIOS
- Update Device Driver
- Uninstall Problematic Third Party App/Software
- Run Hardware & Device Troubleshooter
