Please run diagnostics:  press ESC after powering up and select the disk and memory tests.  Do not attempt to repair anything if there is a memory problem.  If a disk drive problem then possibly a disk repair can be done.  Lemme know if diagnostics fail.

If diagnostics is OK then try a restore

can you run the "system restore" and pick a restore point from the last time it was working ok?

Tried pressing esc but nothing appeared. I managed to get trough system recovery a second time, I just not know what to do next there's a update that if I turn off it updates

Update: Had to type a command prompt to activate system protection for the 2nd recovery:

net start vss

rstrui.exe/offline:C\windows=activate

But recovery just failed going to retry again

If system protection was not enabled before the problem then there are no recovery points

The purpose of running diagnostics was to ensure the disk drive and memory are good else then can be worse problems.

Check bios setting and see if there are diagnostics to test memory.  Some memory diagnostics only run if you disable fast boot.

Have you used an air duster?  There may be a loss of air circulation causing overheating due to dust buildup

you may want to run the free version of hard drive sentinel

to monitor your disk drives.
