Just got new laptop, keeps getting BSOD. Rolled back to factory default, still BSOD. All OS updates are current, firmware updated, BIOS updated, still BSOD. Any other ideas?

You shouldn't be running into problems like this with a brand new PC.

You have a couple of different options regarding this.  You can spend some time and effort trying to diagnose the BSOD and fixing the PC, if that is possible.  Or you could contact HP about having them examine it remotely and trying to fix it, and if they can not, seeing what options you have to get it replaced under warranty.

IT's your PC -- it's your choice

Bluescreen failures (i.e., BSODs) are notoriously difficult to diagnose and to fix -- far beyond what WE typically can do in THIS self-help Community. There are specialized forums where where folks have vast experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and suggesting repairs for BSODs.

The community Win10 forums has a section devoted to diagnosing BSODs. So, your best bet would be to post your problem there: https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/

There is also free software to examine the logs that BSODs produce. This app is known as bluescreenview and is available from NirSoft, from here: https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

Thanks for the information. I've returned the laptop.
